Return Policy

The Invoice is a record of your purchase and must be produced for any claims or complaints.

  • Please check the details of your transactions before leaving the premises;

  • Electronics/Electrical/Gas items/equipments carry a 1 Year Warranty;

  • Items purchased from our stores, if found defective will be accepted back for refund or replacement within 15 days of purchase, on production of proof of purchase, provided that the defect is not due to misuse and items are used as per Manufacturer’s recommendation;

  • This invoice should be produced for any Warranty claims. No claim will be settled if damage or defect has occurred due to mishandling or misuse;

  • Items Returned should be brought back in Proper packaging as when sold to the branch Purchased from;

  • Kitchen Equipments for Repair or Maintenance and all Warranty Claims will only be accepted at our service center in Ruwi: 24702772 or WadiKabir: 24813611 with an Invoice;

  • Refund for items purchased by credit card will be transferred only to the credit card account;

  • The above conditions shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the law of Sultanate of Oman.
