Shah Nagardas Manji's Customer Equipment Service Department (CESD) provides a high quality Medical and Photofinishing equipment services to our esteemed customers. The CESD quality policy is based on customer focus and aims to meet customer expectations within an affordable financial environment. The Quality Management system is integrated into activities and remains the focus of attention at all times. Every member of the team is competent in providing efficient services, customer training and advice associated with the equipment use and performance.
SNM maintains a fully staffed technical service department to support the every day needs of our customers. A full time equipment and parts coordinator is on staff as well as several field technicians.
We have been awarded the Kodak Gold Service Excellence Award for Outstanding Customer service.
We have worked extremely hard to achieve this level of expertise and we will continue to do whatever is needed: every year we send technicians to service training and so we can be up to date on the latest technologies.
