Our technical team can provide support over the phone, email, or if On-field service is needed; our certified service team will repair your equipment in a timely manner.
We maintain the Highest Quality and Standards for our Installation and Repair works. We keep updating our technical staff through regular training held by the different manufacturers whose products we represent in the market. We use manufacturer authorized parts.
We carry out both On-field repairs at our clients sites and also In-House repairs in our service center in Ruwi and Wadi Kabir.
Warranty repairs are performed with no change to you. Non-Warranty repairs are performed at a reasonable rate with includes the part/s repaired (if any), labor and shipping charges. We will design and support a specific service program to fit your individual needs. The program includes the ability to provide priority service at discounted labor rates, consignment programs and preventive maintenance programs as value added services for our preferred customers.
We constantly keep monitoring the Turn Around Time and make sure it's the lowest possible so our customers don not have to bother about the equipment down time. We are well aware of the burden of being without proper functional equipment. Our experienced technicians are trained and certified in the repair of our equipment and can easily troubleshoot any issues that arise.
We have a large stock of most of the required and essential spare parts for the products we sell. If for any reason stock of the required part is not available then we will order it from the manufacture and repair the equipment with a minimum down time.
